From “Electra” to “Evdokia” and from “Stella” to “Antigone”, women symbols, archetypes and femmes fatales become the muses to creators-masters of earth’s most precious treasures.
J.A.W. Jewellery Art Workers is a group of 20 artists that attemps to outline, each on his own way, a part of Greek Cinema history.
The exhibition took place at Mihalis Kakogiannis Institute, in Athens on November 2011 and I had the pleasure to attend and photograph the impressive exhibits. It was really interesting to admire the beautiful jewelry while reading the story of the famous movies and the heroines that inspired them. Enjoy the pictures!
